Payments
The Payments menu is the operational heart of the Dashboard: find any transaction, act on it, and handle the exceptions.

| Searching Payments | Filterable list of all payments (collections) and payouts |
| Payment Details & Actions | Full transaction view — capture, void, refund, and history |
| Disputes | Chargeback lifecycle management and defense submission |
| Missing Refunds | Refunds attempted but not matched to a deposit |
Requires: payment permissions on your access group. Viewing requires view payment details; each money-moving action (capture, void, refund) has its own permission — see the Permissions Reference.
The Dashboard operates on the same transactions your systems create through the Gateway API. Statuses shown here are the API's payment statuses — see Payment Status.
