Settings & Activity Logs
The Settings page (avatar menu → Settings) groups personal preferences and the organization's audit views.
General — Time Zone
Personal Settings → General sets the time zone used to display every date and time in the Dashboard — tables, charts, and day boundaries in reports. By default your browser's time zone is used.
If your team spans time zones, agree on one convention for reconciliation work: "today" in Daily Payments depends on this setting.
User Activity
Team Settings → User Activity is the audit trail: every consequential action taken in the Dashboard, by whom, from where.
Requires: view activity logs.

Filters: Email, Event (multi-select, grouped by Payments / Access Management / Users Management / Reports), and Period (defaults to the last 7 days; presets up to 90).
Logged events include: captured / refunded / voided a payment · added payment as VIP · created / updated / deleted an access group · provided or retrieved user access · created / deleted / blocked / unblocked a user · downloaded a report · user login.
Clicking a row opens the Event Details drawer with the full record: event name and time, user email and ID, request IP, user agent, request parameters, and agent ID — enough to answer "who refunded this payment, from where, and with what parameters?"
User Login Activity
Team Settings → User Login Activity is the same view restricted to sign-in events — the page for access reviews and investigating suspicious logins (unfamiliar IPs, logins outside working hours, activity on accounts that should be blocked).
Requires: view activity logs.
Practical Audit Recipes
- "Who refunded payment X?" — User Activity, Event = Refunded a payment, Period covering the refund; open the row and check the request parameters for the payment ID
- Access review — User Login Activity over 90 days, cross-checked against the user list in User Management; block accounts that shouldn't be signing in
- Group hygiene — User Activity filtered to Access Management events shows every permission change, with the actor
