Visa Rebate

Reports → Visa Rebate estimates the quarterly Visa interchange rebate for card-not-present transactions. Visa charges full interchange upfront on the activity statement; the difference between full interchange and your negotiated card-not-present rate is rebated quarterly — this report tells you how much to expect and gives you the numbers to file the request.

Requires: manage reports.

Scope and Filing

  • The estimate is Visa-only (VI passthrough)
  • U.S. Regulated Debit (Durbin-capped) is excluded — there is no rebate on it
  • When filing the quarterly rebate request, use the merchant ID and the exact date window shown in the report so the filed figures match the estimate

This is an estimate for planning and filing support; the settled rebate amount is determined by Visa.
