The Visa Interchange Rebate report in the Inyo Dashboard — a quarterly estimate of the Visa card-not-present interchange rebate per merchant, with negotiated rates, category breakdowns, and CSV export.
---

# Visa Rebate

**Reports → Visa Rebate** estimates the **quarterly Visa interchange rebate** for card-not-present transactions. Visa charges full interchange upfront on the activity statement; the difference between full interchange and your negotiated card-not-present rate is rebated quarterly — this report tells you how much to expect and gives you the numbers to file the request.

**Requires:** *manage reports*.

### Filters

* **Merchant** — a single merchant or *All merchants*
* **Start date / End date** — the estimation window; a helper line shows the data range available for the selected merchant

***

### What You Get

**Negotiated Card-Not-Present Rates** — your contracted rates for **Debit**, **Pre-paid**, and **Credit**.

**KPI cards:** Visa Volume · Visa Transactions · Interchange Paid · Negotiated Cost · Expected Rebate.

**Breakdown table**, grouped into **Debit**, **Pre-paid**, **Credit**, and **Other Interchange** categories, each row showing:

`Description` · `Transactions` · `Volume` · `Interchange Paid` · `Negotiated Rate` · `Negotiated Cost` · `Expected Rebate`

with per-category subtotals and a **Total Expected Rebate**. **Download CSV** exports the full breakdown.

### Scope and Filing

* The estimate is **Visa-only** (VI passthrough)
* **U.S. Regulated Debit (Durbin-capped) is excluded** — there is no rebate on it
* When filing the quarterly rebate request, use the **merchant ID and the exact date window** shown in the report so the filed figures match the estimate

> This is an estimate for planning and filing support; the settled rebate amount is determined by Visa.
