Unlike the interactive report pages, nothing is computed here: you search the catalog and download. **Requires:** *manage reports*. *** ### Finding a Report The list shows the last **90 days** by default. The **Period** filter (by report *reference date* — the date the report covers, not when it was generated) offers presets: Today, Last 7 / 30 / 60 / 90 Days, Custom Date, and All time. | Column | Meaning | | ------ | ------- | | Actions | Download button | | Report type | What kind of report the file is | | Format | File format (CSV, XLSX, …) | | Reference date | The date the report covers | | Agent ID | The agent/merchant the report belongs to | *** ### Downloading Click the download icon; the file is saved as `_.`. > Every download is recorded in the [User Activity log](../settings.md) with the user, timestamp, and IP — relevant if your compliance process tracks who accessed settlement data. *** ### Not Finding a File? Which report types are generated for your account, and on what schedule, is configured by Inyo during onboarding. If an expected file is missing for a reference date, widen the Period filter to **All time** first (the 90-day default hides older files), then contact Inyo support.
